Man Arrested After Being Passed Out in a Parking Lot
Police found a Mount Carmel man passed out in a car in a bank parking lot, apparently high on drugs. Church Hill police arrested 29-year old Brett Shortt. Police were called to the First Community Bank parking lot and found Shortt slumped over the steering wheel. Once they were able to wake him up, Officer Chris Price found syringes and three baggies containing white powder residue. He also had tags for a Hyundai, but his car was a Honda. (JH)
