Bucs One Step Closer to Entry Into the Southern Conference
The final hurdle for East Tennessee State University to head back to the Southern Conference has been scheduled. University presidents and athletic directors in the conference have approved a visit to ETSU on May 23rd. Although representatives do want to see the current Buccaneer facilities, the visit is basically a formality. The final vote for entrance to the Southern Conference will happen some time during the last week of May. If approved, the Bucs will be official members in 2014. (JH)
