Bomb Police chase
It wasn’t true..but a woman caused quite a ruckus after she told police she was involved in planting bombs in two counties while she was being booked into jail for stealing a rental truck. Kingsport police arrested 50-year-old Nancy L. Dull after Enterprise rental cars reported she failed to return a Dodge Ram she rented. After she had been booked into jail she told police she had made two bombs and put them in location in Unicoi County and Sullivan County. The FBI had to be called and officers responded to the locations she mentioned but found nothing. She confessed to making up the bomb story when the FBI questioned her. Dull did appear in court on the theft charges where filing a false report charge was added. (CC)
