Man Burglarizes Ex-Girlfriend's Home
Johnson City police department has arrested a Kingsport man after he broke into his ex-girlfriend’s home on Carroll Creek road. Tyree S. Ford was taken into custody after an investigation into a mid-February incident where he entered the home armed with a handgun and threatened the victim. He also destroyed and stole property from the home. Ford is charged with Aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, armed dangerous felonies, vandalism and theft. He was arrested early Wednesday morning and placed in the county detention center under a 25-thousand dollar bond. Ford is expected in court on May 20th to answer the charges.(CC)
