JC Men Arrested in GA
Two men from Johnson City were arrested in Georgia on drug charges. The men were pulled over by Gordon County officers on traffic violations near Calhoun, Georgia. Officers say the May 7th traffic stop turned into a drug investigation after the smelled marijuana coming from the car. 38-year-old Brian Keith Long and 42-year-old Kenneth Allen McKinney were found with over a pound of marijuana that was hidden in a backpack. Police also seized the car the men were driving and several thousand dollars in cash. The say an ounce of cocaine was also in the car. The two men were charges with possession and trafficking both marijuana and cocaine…they are jailed pending bond. (CC)
