Tazwell, Va Man Sentenced
Chadwick Seth Harmon will serve eight years in prison for killing a man in the regional jail. Harmon entered a guilty plea to involuntary manslaughter charge in the death of Edward Lee Ward. Harmon was in jail for a DUI and hit and run when he provided drugs in jail to Ward, which caused the man to overdose. Judge Jack Hurley gave a ten-year sentence on the manslaughter, suspending five and twenty-five years the drug charges but suspended twenty-two. (CC)
