Man Baffles Police and Witnesses With Odd Actions
A Johnson City man faces several charges after strange series of events last night. Witnesses on West Market Street told police they saw a car being rammed repeatedly by a man in a truck. That was followed by the man setting some of his belongings on fire behind a building. When police arrived he threw things at them and tried to hit them with a stick. After some investigation, police determined he was using his fatherís truck to hit his own car. The manís name is not being released at this time. He has been arrested on aggravated assault charges.
