Street Racing Victim Wants Teens Charged as Adults
So far two teens who were street racing and caused an accident in Blounville last year, have only been charged with being delinquents. A victim in the accident, Ellis Hicks, was hit head on and says he wants the pair to face stiffer penalties. Prosecutors say they agree and want the case transferred to adult court. The teens will have a transfer hearing on August 12th where a judge may very well grant their wish. (JH)
