Hoyle Says He's Not Guilty
Rickie Lee Hoyle is charged with taking sexual liberties with a teenager for a year, but says hes not guilty. The Johnson City man was arrested on May 24th after police charged him with several sexually based crimes including aggravated statutory rape. Hoyle entered the not guilty plea in federal court after being indicted on one count of inducing a minor in illegal sexual activity. Hes set to go back to court on August 27th.
