Methane Gas case
Virginia Republicans came to aid of the state Attorney General and Gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli saying it is not is office, but rather the lawyers representing some of the citizens involved in a class action lawsuit to get payment of royalties for natural gas taken off of their property. Garren Shipley with the Virginia Republican Party says the Attorney General’s office was trying to help…. Sentiments were echoed by Delegate Terry Kilgore about Cuccinelli and his office, and they say this is not an actual concern, but rather just political drama being created by his opponent Terry McCauliffe.
