Audit Catches Misused Funds at JC Nonprofit
A new audit shows some major misuse for a Johnson City nonprofit. The findings say the former executive director used the credit card of the Appalachian Regional Coalition on Homelessness, or ARCH for personal use. Officials say the investigation is ongoing as they look into personal purchases with the agency’s credit card from places like Toys R Us, The Christmas Place and iTunes.
