Methadone Lawsuit Dismissed
Tri-Cities Holdings tried to sue the city of Johnson City after running into road blocks while trying to open a methadone clinic in the city. Judge Ronnie Greer dismissed that lawsuit. The company claims patients addicted to opiates are disabled and Johnson City’s current zoning ordinance discriminates against them.
