Larkin May Face More Murder Charges
Dale Larkin’s first degree murder conviction was overturned by the appeals court, but his legal troubles may not be over. Currently Larkin is free on bond, but a judge has given District Attorney General Tony Clark and prosecutors until July 5th to decide if they’ll bring second degree murder charges against Larkin. His wife Teri was found dead in 2003.
