Sullivan County Meth Bust
A tip to Sullivan County deputies led to a meth arrest. Vice and Narcotics detectives investigated a tent along Sweet Hollow Road. They saw a smoking bottle with a white substance in it. The owner of the property told detectives that she had given Dustin Stamper and Teresa Winters had permission to camp on her property and that they had been there for about a week. Not long after that, Stamper and Winters arrived and admitted the contents inside the tent were theirs and now face numerous meth related charges.
