Cancer Doctor Says He's Innocent
A doctor accused of giving cancer patents mislabeled medication was in court yesterday. Dr. Sen and his wife, the practice manager of East Tennessee Cancer & Blood Center, P.C., Patricia Posey entered not guilty pleas during their arraignment. A trial for the couple is pending on September 4th. They face terms of up to 20 years in prison.
