Man Arrested for Selling Drugs Paid for by the State
A Kingsport man is accused of selling his TennCare medication. On a tip, officers went to 53-year old Paul Carrier's apartment on Oak Street. They say Carrier was getting Oxycodone through TennCare and was offering it for sale. He's charged with selling drugs and also with TennCare fraud.
