Glover charged
From a Washington County courtroom to the Carter County Detention Center on charges of forgery and using a stolen credit card. Joseph Lee-Oliver Glover was arrested after Johnson City and Carter County police investigated a stolen wallet and charges made to a credit card in it. Police obtained video of Glover using the credit card to purchase over 800-dollars worth of goods from the Elizabethton Wal-Mart. Glover appears in court August 12th in Carter County. (CC)
