Man Pulls Gun on Family Member
Daniel Plaster will be in court today for arraignment for pulling a gun on someone he says was a trespasser in his home. Johnson City Police say the trespasser was actually a family member who lived in the home and had every right to be there. Police say the two had had a heated argument in front of a witness. Plaster was arrested for one count of aggravated domestic assault.
