Mattress Manufacture to JC
They have left Sullivan County for a location in downtown Johnson City and the relocation will bring with it 26 jobs to the community. BedInaBox.com sells the mattresses over the internet and in retail locations. They started the company in North Johnson City, but quickly outgrew the facility and moved to Piney Flats Industrial Park. They have now outgrown that facility and found a location at the old Giant Food warehouse on Millard Street in Johnson City . Johnson City officials say the move brings a 2-million dollar investment to the downtown area. Bedinabox.com says they plan to have a show room at the site. It is part of their plan to grow their retail outlet throughout the country. (CC)
