Ambulance Crash Update
The Tennessee Highway Patrol's CIRT unit, Critical Incident Response Team has collected the black box from a Hawkins County ambulance in a fatal accident Saturday evening in Church Hill. The device collects all information pertinent operation of the vehicle. A 22-year-old EMS employee Amanda Carr has not been charged in the fatal accident occurred intersection of Silver Llake Road and Highway 11 W about 10:30 Saturday night. The THP accident report has not been finalized.
