Football Stadium a go
The State Building Commission has approved the plan for East Tennessee State University to construct a football field for the newly re-formed football program. The approval now means ETSU is cleared to hire a designer to plan out the phases of construction. Phase one of the project will be paid for entirely by student fees. The University plans for the new stadium to hold 10-thousand people and will be about 18-million dollars to construct. (CC)
