Fulmer may help ETSU recruit
The ETSU Football program may enlist one of the greatest college football recruiters in America. After helping find their coach, it looks like Former Vols coach Phillip Fulmer may now help the Buccaneers field their team. Director of Athletics Dr. Richard Sander says he hopes to bring in about 15-20 players for the first recruiting class in February. Fulmer’s recruiting is one of the elements that helped him get inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 20-12. Head coach Carl Torbush started on the payroll last monday.(gw)
