Crash Claims Life of Elizabethton Man
The Johnson City Police Department's accident reconstruction team is trying figure out the mechanics of a fatal two-car crash that claimed the life of a 49-year-old Elizabethton man Tuesday afternoon. Police say the Ronnie Gobble died from injuries in the crash about 4:15 at the intersection Knob Creek Rd., and Peachtree Street. The driver of the second vehicle, 84-year-old Charles Miller was treated for non life threatening injuries. The initial investigation showed no involvement of alcohol or drugs.
