Guilty Plea to Lesser Charges of Sex With a Child
A Johnson City man who admitted to sexual activity with an 8-year old boy pleaded guilty on Friday. In doing so, he was able to get reduced charges. Kenneth Wispell pleaded guilty to two counts of rape instead of five and will serve three years in prison followed by 20 years of probation.
