Abingdon Local Transit
When you think of public transportation, you usually think of it in larger cities. Well, for the most part, that’s the case, but not in Abingdon, Virginia. They have launched a new local transit system and call it “Abingdon Local Transit”. City officials hope “Alt” is an alternative to single-use vehicles. It runs Saturdays 10am – 8pm.
