Circuit Court Judge John Kilgore will decide a Bristol, TN man's fate tomorrow. 61-year old Charlie Joe Ramey was convicted in March of felony murder, robbery and distribution of Schedule III drugs. Kilgore was involved in the shooting of Gregory Jerome Hale at his home on Christmas Eve of 2011, allegedly for drugs. The jury that found Kilgore guilty recommended he serve life in prison. His accomplice, Daniel Eugene Norris is thought to be the person who actually pulled the trigger. Norris is scheduled for trial in August and if convicted, faces the death penalty.
