New Luxury Apartments Coming for ETSU Students
Construction around ETSU is nothing new and a Charlotte development company wants to add to the growth. Monarch Ventures bought the Mullican Floor Factory on University Parkway and plans to build luxury apartments for students on the land. The property will house around 175 units and will have a pool, gym and coffee bar. The company says apartments will rent for around $500-$600 a month. Construction will begin in two weeks and will be ready to accept leases next fall.
