Toddler OK After Being Hit By Family Van
Luckily a cut behind his ear and a bruise on his head is all a little boy suffered after being hit by his fatherís van last night. Washington County Sheriff Fred Newman said the toddler was sitting in the van while his father worked on it, but left the vehicle without his dad realizing. When his father went to move the van, he hit the little boy. The child was flown to Niswonger Childrenís Hospital in Johnson City and is ok. Sheriff Newman says his department, along with Social Services is investigating the incident, but no charges have been placed.
