Study says wine sales would not increase crime
A new study indicates that selling wine in Tennessee grocery stores would not be linked to increased crime or traffic fatalities. The Tennessee General Assembly again failed to change the law to allow wine sales in grocery stores, but Lieutenant Governor, Ron Ramsey says the effort will continue.
