Woman Uses Child To Steal Clothing
A North Carolina woman is due in court this afternoon after a shopping trip in Johnson City. Police say 37-year old Angela Branham went to JC Penny, not to take advantage of the tax free holiday, but instead, to steal clothing. A security officer saw Branham put over $500 worth of merchandise into a bag being held by her child. She's charged with theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
