Elizabethton Man Wrecks While Under the Influence
Brad Hicks lost control of his car over the weekend in Elizabethton, but he went to jail instead of the hospital. The Tennessee Highway Patrol says Hicks was driving on 19E near Bear Cage Road when he lost control of his car and went down an embankment. After a field sobriety test, officers determined the 36-year old had been taking drugs. Hes been charged with DUI, driving on a suspended license and reckless driving.
