Alderman Shupe DUI Case Delayed Until October
Kingsport Alderman Jantry Shupe had an appearance set for General Sessions Court on Thursday, but his case has been delayed. The DUI trial has been put off until October 4th because the judges assigned to oversee the case recused themselves. Judge Klyne Lauderback has agreed to hear the case of the Kingsport alderman accused of driving under the influence back in June.
