Police officer facing child porn charges
A police official faces child porn charges from downloads while on duty. Herbert Eugene Miller, an auxiliary officer of the Greeneville Police Department, has been charged with receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography, one count each. A timeline shows that several of the internet searches were done while on duty in a patrol car. Thousands of porn photos were found on a computer in the patrol car, including 80 images of children. Miller is in federal custody pending a detention hearing next week(gw)
