Kingsport Police break up drug deal in progress
Kingsport Police broke up a drug deal and arrested two men. Thursday around 9 PM Kingsport vice detectives investigated a complaint of drug activities at 120 West Stone Drive. They found two men with their cars pulled together making a drug deal. Police say 48 year old Paul E. Tyndall of Kingsport and 28 year David J. Hayes of Blountville were in the process of a drug deal, and during the search they found over 30 grams of marijuana and a 40 caliber semi-automatic pistol. The two are being held on several charges.(gw)
