Ethan Self Found Guilty
Ethan Self has been found guilty of 1st Degree murder. After Jury deliberation today in the case of Ethan Self, the teen was accused of killing his father, former Greeneville police sergeant, Roger Self. Closing arguments wrapped up yesterday, and this afternoon the jury found him guilty of murder in the first degree and he has been sentenced to life in prison. Self admits to shooting his father, but had said it was an accidental. Prosecutors argued the shooting was intentional. The jury agreed.
