Man Arrested For Car Theft Twice in One Week
A man has been arrested for motor vehicle theft for the second time in less than a week. A 1996 Pontiac Sunfire was reported stolen about 2 ½ hours before officers found it being driven by David Stallard at Model City Apartments. Stallard was arrested on possessing stolen property charges as well as driving on a revoked license and criminal trespassing since he’s on the official “ban list” at the apartment complex. His passenger, Kayla Clark was also arrested and faces possession of stolen property and drug charges.
