Statutory Rape Arrest
Police say a man has been arrested and charged four counts of aggravated statutory rape. 48-year-old Michael Joseph Clay was charged after an investigation found the he had sent inappropriate photographs to a teenage girl on his cell phone. Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal says Clay also had some kinds of inappropriate contact with the girl on at least four different occasions. Clay was arrested and jailed on a 100-thousand dollar bond. (CC)
