Water Service Outage Scheduled for Some BVU Customers
Bristol Virginia Utilities scheduled a water service outage so crews can replace a waterline valve. Beginning at 8:30 Thursday morning, water service will be off on the 2400 block of Randolph Street Bristol, VA and the 300 block of Gate City Highway Bristol, VA while repairs are completed. Officials expect the outage to last until around 1:00 p.m. BVU asks that you turn off the electric power to your water heater during the time the water is off, as damage may occur if power remains on. If you have questions concerning this service improvement, you can call BVU at 276-669-4112.
