Man Charged With 5th DUI
Johnson City police have arrested a man on his 5th DUI offense. Officers noticed Jeffrey Dalton driving his 1988 Ford Mustang around Hamilton Avenue and thought he might possibly be intoxicated. When he was pulled over, the officers noticed Dalton throwing a glass pipe onto the floor board to try to hide it. They searched his car and also found marijuana, crack cocaine and open vodka bottles. Dalton was arrested and kept without bond. Hes been charged with DUI for the 5th time along with felony possession of narcotics with intent to resale.
