Marion Fire Investigation Continues
Fire officials in Marion, Virginia say they are still investigating what caused a fire at a set of apartments. The also say they are doing an investigation into the death of a two-year-old girl that perished in the fire when everyone else in the home made it out a window. The Virginia State Police have taken over the investigation into the fire at Country Club Crossings Community. The Child’s mother also injured in the fire has been identified as Elizabeth LaSeure. She is listed in stable condition at Johnson City Medical Center. Her daughter Abigail died in the fire, but an older child, LaSuere, and her mother all managed to escape the fire. (CC)
