Kpt Aggravated Burglary
A Kingsport woman arrives home to find a strange man in her house, then the suspect flees from police. Police were called to a home on Newland Avenue at around three on Thursday afternoon. The victim says she saw a car parked near her home but thought the landlord had stopped in her home, but when she entered her home she found 40-year-old Randall Jordan lying in her bed. When she questioned him she said he yelled at her to leave his home, so she ran to a neighbor for help. She returned to keep the suspect there but after finding out police were on the way he fled the scene. Police located Jordan who smelled of alcohol. He is charged with several driving offenses and aggravated burglary.
