Sullivan Barn Arson
Two people have been arrested for arson after they threw a roll of paper towels that they had lit on fire at a barn in Sullivan county. 30-year-old William McNeil and 26-year-old Heather Wayne told investigators arson is not the only part of the story. McNeil told police he and Wayne had been involved in a road rage incident with the owner of the barn. That led to a confrontation where McNeil was punched in the mouth. The owner of the barn did not confirm that story saying that he saw the Mustang the two were driving stop at the barn and he went to ask them to leave, the couple then came back a short time later with the fuel soaked paper towels and attempted to light the barn on fire. Both McNeal and Wayne were arrested and are held in the Sullivan County Jail.(CC)
