TN Veteran ID
If you are a veteran in the state of Tennessee there is a new easy way to show it. There is now a special designation on driverís license and state identification cards. The state says it will be more helpful to veterans because they will no longer have to carry discharge papers to prove veteran status. Anyone wishing to get the new identification may do so, regular DMV fees apply for both new issues and renewals. To get the designation all you have to do is bring the original or a copy of the discharge papers to the DMV service center. (CC)
