KPT Child Passenger Seat Checkpoint
For children aged 1-13 car crashes are the leading cause of death in America, many that could be prevented by proper use of car seats, boosters and seat belts. Thatís why Child Passenger Seat Technicians from the Kingsport Fire Department, Police Department and Life Saving Crew are holding a Child Passenger Seat Checkpoint, Thursday, September 18, at Fire Station 2 near the corner of Ft Henry and Center Street, from 2-6pm.
