Two More Charged In JC Murder
Johnson City Police Department says they have charged two more people in a murder occurring at an apartment complex in April. 30-year-old Joshua Gergish and 21-year-old Chavez Mintal Hunter will face trial along with Joshua’s brother Marcus Gergish on one count of felony murder and three counts of attempted aggravated robbery. Timothy Peregoy, senior was killed while walking to his car after visiting his son who lived in the apartments. Stealing prescription drugs is the motive for the murder. Joshua Gergish also faces intimidation charges after he followed home the daughter of a witness to the murder threatening her and her family. (CC)
