Rape Arrest in Johnson City
Johnson City police have arrested a Kingsport man for rape. They say 46-year old Thomas Coburn attacked a woman who was walking at the corner of University Parkway and West Market. She was able to get away and flag down a driver to summon police. The officers saw Coburn running from the scene and arrested him. The victim identified Coburn as the attacker. (SH)
