KCS Employees Vote No on Insurance Changes
Insurance has been on the minds of Kingsport City School employees. By law employees must approve any insurance change, and when they were asked to vote on a self-insured plan, they voted no. This means school employees in the Model City will continue on the Tennessee Health Insurance plan. The school systemís superintendent plans on doing a survey to find out why employees voted yes or no on the plan.
