Facebook Murder Trial
A jury heard testimony on Monday for one man who is accused in a double murder case. A Washington County, Tennessee jury heard testimony of how 23-year-old Billie Jean Hayworth was shot in the head while she held her 7-month-old child. The prosecution says Marvin Enoch Potter; junior is the first of three family members charged with the murder of Hayworth and Billy Clay Payne, after Potter’s daughter Janelle was unfriended on Facebook. Potter’s attorney is claiming that the couple was killed in a drug deal gone bad. (CC)
