Franklin Crash Had Injuries
A Johnson City man suffered injury after his involvement in a two-car collision on State of Franklin Road Monday afternoon. 28-year-old Matthew G. Bentley was driving a truck northbound on Gilbreath Drive. 24-year-old Eva Renton was driving west on State of Franklin when she ran the red light and her car smashed into Bentley’s on the driver’s side causing the truck to flip up on the passenger side. Renton was charged with running a red light. Bentley, who suffered unknown injuries, was charged with driving on a suspended license. (CC)
