Wal-Mart Shoplifter
A Johnson City man was arrested Thursday after getting caught stealing from Wal-Mart. Loss prevention staff at the Browns Mill Road location saw 32-year old Andrew Coefer take several electronics. He hid the items then made his way to other parts of the store to use a use a razor blade to cut the plastic wrapping off of them. Coefer has been charged with shoplifting and will be arraigned this morning.
